We seek to use our podcast as an audio repository of helpful “nuggets” that communities can revisit, share, and put in conversation with their own work. We see this podcast as a medium to share issues and policy solutions brought forward from the internal work of the Black Researchers Collective (i.e., coffee chats, trainings, and workshops);

• Consistently bring together innovators, thought leaders, and organizations in discussion of community-based solutions.

• Highlight researchers whose work has changed communities and enhanced opportunities,

• Increase the visibility of the Black Researchers Collective’s mission and focus on disseminating and leveraging research

• Increase outreach across several communities at the local, state, and federal level.
